It is about the seized funds of the All-Ukrainian Development Bank.

More than 300 million hryvnias of the son of the ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych Oleksandr were given to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is stated in a message on the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“More than 300 million hryvnias of the fugitive president’s son were given to the Armed Forces. We are talking about seized funds of All-Ukrainian Development Bank PJSC. The owner of 100% of the bank’s shares since 2011 was the former president’s eldest son”, – the post says.
It is emphasized that the bank employees tried to hide the origin of the cash of this financial institution, because “the money has no legal source of origin.”
“So the bank employees legalized the incomes that were obtained by criminal means with the help of financial transactions”, – the report says.
However, the OGP noted, during the pre-trial investigation, the prosecutors of the Prosecutor General’s Office seized the funds of officials of the “All-Ukrainian Development Bank” and directly the funds of the ex-president’s son. Subsequently, by court decisions, the money was transferred to the Agency for Search and Asset Management.
“Since the beginning of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General have initiated the forcible seizure of property seized in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the son of the former president. Currently, the court has decided to send the said funds to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Currently, 304 million hryvnias are credited to a special account to ensure defense capability of Ukraine”, – the prosecutor’s office stated.
Journalists found out that the company associated with the son of the former president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, Oleksandr, owns a part of the elite business center Atlantic in Moscow and the land plot under it.
