As a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine 161 children died.
This was announced in its Telegram by the Office of the Attorney General.
“As of the morning of April 4, more than 425 children were injured in Ukraine as a result of armed aggression by the Russian Federation. 161 children were killed and 264 wounded. These figures are not final”, – the statement said.
Children suffered the most in Kyiv – 75, Donetsk – 78, Kharkiv – 59, Chernihiv – 49, Mykolaiv – 34, Luhansk – 31, Zaporizhia – 22, Kherson – 29, the capital – 16, Sumy – 16, Zhytomyr – 15 regions.
The bombing and shelling damaged 869 educational institutions, 83 of which were completely destroyed.
