The chairman of the Nikolaev OVA Vitaly Kim reported that 4 residential high-rise buildings and object of infrastructure suffered from missile strike in Nikolaev.
“Currently, one person has been killed and six injured (one of them a child). Rescue operations are underway”, – he said.
