Intense fighting is taking place on the administrative border of the Kherson region.
In the south of Ukraine, the situation on the line of contact is stably tense. Russian troops are strengthening their positions and gathering reserves.
This was reported by the operational command “South” on Facebook.
“The enemy is strengthening its defense lines, tightening its reserves, trying to protect its water supply from Kherson to Crimea. Protective concrete structures have been built around the North Crimean canal, and the number of checkpoints has been increased on access roads and bridges”, – the statement said.
It is noted that the activity of the occupiers has been recorded, who with the help of military transport aircraft provide logistics to their units from the Crimea and back.
Quite intense fighting is taking place on the administrative border with neighboring regions and in the Beryslav district of Kherson region.
“Many houses and buildings were damaged, civilians were injured, cattle were killed. In the region, there is a problem with medicines, baby food and other humanitarian goods, the delivery of which is blocked from the territory controlled by Ukraine, and the occupiers are not carrying it out of Crimea”, – OC “South” reported.
