In the Sumy region, the invaders staged a provocation to blow up an armored personnel carrier.
This was announced by the head of the Sumy Regional Civil-Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi on his Facebook page.
According to him, the occupiers blew up their armored personnel carrier on the Ukrainian-Russian border.
“It was such a pre-planned provocation. The provocation is aimed at creating a picture for the Russian media: the Ukrainians allegedly destroyed their armored personnel carriers, although they did it themselves. And they allegedly burned the Ukrainian border checkpoint to avenge the Ukrainians,” Zhyvytskyi said.
