Germany will temporarily manage the former Gazprom division to ensure security of gas supplies.

Amid Russia’s full-scale military invasion of independent Ukraine, russia’s Gazprom has refused to accept payment for gas from Gazprom Germania.
This was stated in an interview with NV Business by the former head of Naftogaz-Ukraine Andriy Kobolev.
“The most interesting and revealing situation now is with Gazprom Germania, which the Germans have taken under their control. According to Bloomberg, Gazprom has refused to accept money from this company. Bloomberg writes that this company was considering paying in rubles. They were not going to pay in rubles. But apart from the form of payment, Gazprom clearly wants revenge”, – Kobolev said.
