During the inspection, it is planned to move a significant amount of military equipment.

A sudden inspection of the Belarusian Armed Forces has begun. The republic’s troops continue to cover areas of the Ukrainian-Belarusian border in the Brest and Gomel regions.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Belarus and the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
In order to check the readiness to perform the assigned tasks, one missile division of the 465th Missile Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Republic is moving from the point of permanent deployment to the destination area.
“Military units and subdivisions will operate in unfamiliar areas in a rapidly changing situation”, – the Belarusian Defense Ministry said.
Belarus plans to gradually increase its forces, “which will test their ability to counter military threats both on the ground and in the air.”
At the same time, Belarus claims that the relevant measures are educational in nature and do not pose a threat to the European community as a whole or to neighboring countries in particular.
“During the inspection, it is planned to move a significant amount of military equipment, which may hinder traffic on public roads”, – the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
