He stressed that any allegations of such intentions are propaganda by the russian secret services.
On June 1, US President Joe Biden reportedly announced a new package of weapons for Ukraine, including HIMARS high-mobility artillery missile systems, precision weapons that can hit targets up to 80 kilometers away.
In addition, the aid package will include: highly mobile artillery missile systems and ammunition; anti-artillery radars; air surveillance radars; Javelin and command-and-control modules for them; anti-tank weapons; 155-mm artillery shells; Mi-17 helicopters; tactical machines; spare parts and equipment.
The State Department said that it had received guarantees from the Ukrainian leadership that Western weapons will not be used for operations on targets in russia.
