As of the morning of September 6, more than 1,123 children were affected: 382 children died and more than 741 were injured.

Children were most affected in Donetsk region – 389, Kharkiv – 204, Kyiv – 116, Mykolaiv – 71, Chernihiv – 68, Luhansk – 61, Kherson – 55, Zaporizhia – 46, Dnipropetrovsk – 26.
On September 5, a 17-year-old teenager was wounded as a result of enemy shelling in Bakhmut, Donetsk region.
2,328 educational institutions were damaged due to bombing and shelling by the armed forces of the russian federation. Of them, 289 were completely destroyed.
